What Is The One Minute Cure

I know that The One Minute Cure sounds almost too good to be true, but please, hang with me for just a little while…. As the author of this book claims, The “one minute cure”, as he calls it, is a totally natural therapy (the book has 112 pages). In the second chapter, you get into the meat of this thing and quickly learn WHAT is this one minute cure and, what’s more important, HOW this works. The fourth chapter teaches you exactly HOW to use the one minute cure in your home, how to use it internally and presents numerous methods of how it can be used effectively. The Appendix talks about the One Minute Cure to be a very cheap, extremely low cost method of removing the underlying cause of stress without you having to undergo a series of therapy sessions and without spending anytime trying to identify the wrong beliefs that cause you stress (the authors’ claim).
